Q - When are my services billed?

A - Each periodic service provided is automatically invoiced to clients.  Automatic payment enrollment create a smooth and efficient client experience.  

Q - How are property maintenance requests handled?

A - Tenants submit requests through the tenant portal and are addressed within 24 hours with a plan of action.  Emergency requests are addressed within 2 hours of receipt.
